Experienced Payroll Bureau Administrator 

Due to our continued expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for a full time role within our friendly payroll team.

Crozier Jones has been established for over 30 years and is one of the largest independent firms of accountants in South Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service to clients. Our payroll bureau provides payroll services to many of our clients and is a busy and vibrant workplace.

The successful candidate will be based in our Doncaster office and will work in a team, reporting directly to the payroll manager.

The duties will include:

Processing of weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and annual payrolls in a timely and accurate manner using Sage 50 Payroll software including:

Calculating and processing variable and overtime hours.

Processing statutory payments

Processing weekly and monthly Auto Enrolment pension payments to various pension providers

Dealing with client payroll queries by email and telephone.

Supporting other members in the team as necessary and providing cover during holiday and sickness absence

Additional duties to include scanning and electronic filing as and when required.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with and explain matters to clients.

Ability to self-manage with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Proven track record in a similar role and relevant payroll knowledge

Experience of Sage 50 Payroll
