Accounting

Whether you are self-employed, in partnership or are involved in running a limited company, we’ll make sure you have accurate, compliant financial statements filed with the relevant authorities by the relevant deadline.

However, our priority is not to simply prepare and submit statutory financial statements and returns for you, but to focus on important areas contained within them to help you make the right choices to improve the performance of your business.

As part of our accounts preparation process, we shall:

  • provide you with a checklist of the books and records required to enable you to collate them
  • obtain the books and records from you
  • undertake detailed accounts work
  • feedback to management key issues on a timely basis
  • give best practice guidance on your records
  • discuss and agree the draft accounts and tax computation; and
  • finalise the accounts and provide copies (filing at Companies House and with HMRC where applicable).

Practical and proactive advice is available to you at all times during the process.

Let us make the task of preparing your year-end accounts a straightforward one.

Cloud Accounting

Many of our clients use cloud book-keeping technology which means we have a clear view of all their financial transactions throughout their accounting period, even if we’re not handling book-keeping on their behalf.

We don’t believe an accountant should work on your records or provide advice only once per year. It’s a continuous process and, by getting to know our clients and their businesses – by building good relationships – we stand to do a better job.

Because we get this right throughout the year, assuming you follow our advice, the end of year process is easier for you – straightforward and free of surprises.
